William V. Ferdinand, Jr.

Bill Ferdinand focuses on representing clients in the Maine Legislature and state agencies.

Before founding Ferdinand Law, Bill was a Shareholder and Chair of Eaton Peabody’s Legislative and Government Relations Practice Group for over 27 years. Known for expertise and dedication, he represents diverse clients, including 3M, ISO New England, Maine Forest Products Council, Maine Ambulance Association, Municipal Waste Hub, Maine Transit Association, Stride/K12, and the Wine Institute.

Bill also advises clients on state and municipal regulatory matters such as rulemaking, permitting, compliance, and enforcement.

Earlier, he served as a Senior Planner at the Maine State Planning Office, working with the Maine Coastal Program and advising state agencies and the Legislature.
